Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up activities.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable consulting solutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities.
3. Proposal & Sales Support
Prepare service presentations, proposals, and engagement letters.
Coordinate with consulting teams for solution design and pricing.
Assist in contract negotiations and onboarding of new clients.
Follow up on proposals and closure of sales opportunities.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Track industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging market opportunities and target sectors.
Maintain database of prospects and market intelligence.
5. Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strategies to increase revenues and expand market presence.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and networking events to promote the firm's services.
6. CRM and Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM software.
Prepare periodic sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development metrics.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
