Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of web and mobile application technologies and a strong passion for lead generation. This role focuses primarily on identifying and generating potential leads through online platforms such as Upwork, PPH (PeoplePerHour), Guru, and LinkedIn, with a basic understanding of preparing proposals for IT services

Key Responsibilities:
· Generate quality leads for web and mobile application development services through freelancing platforms (Upwork, PPH, Guru) and LinkedIn.
· Conduct research and identify potential clients based on target markets and service offerings.
· Draft engaging and customized proposals and cover letters in response to job postings.
· Maintain and update CRM and internal lead tracking sheets regularly.
· Work closely with senior business development professionals to understand sales strategies and client engagement.
· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and service capabilities.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platforms to enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile app basics – native and hybrid frameworks like React Native/Flutter) and Digital Marketing (SEO & PPC).
- Familiarity with freelancing and business networking platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for proposal writing and personalization.
- Ability to conduct online research and present findings in a structured manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn business development practices in the IT domain
- A positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas
Educational Qualification
· Any Graduate (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, B. Com, or equivalent).
· MBA or PG Diploma in Marketing/IT is a plus but not mandatory
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
