The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, guiding junior sales staff, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Convert prospects into confirmed sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Guide and support junior sales officers
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary & Incentives:
