Overall Roles & Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports. Strong expertise in Tally ERP is mandatory. The role requires accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail to support business operations effectively.
Version 1: Daily / Weekly / Monthly Responsibilities Daily Responsibilities
· Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable entries.
· Monitor petty cash and bank transactions.
· Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Weekly Responsibilities
· Reconcile bank accounts and vendor/customer ledgers.
· Generate weekly financial statements and outstanding reports.
· Assist in payroll processing with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
· Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for payment follow-up.
Monthly Responsibilities
· Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
· Finalize trial balance and support monthly financial closing.
· Generate P&L accounts, balance sheets, and MIS reports for management.
· Support statutory audits by providing all required data.
Version 2: Consolidated Roles & Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
· Record financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
· Handle accounts payable, receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
· Monitor petty cash, bank transactions, and daily expenses.
· Prepare GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
· Assist in payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
· Generate financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for management.
· Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
· Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and highlight discrepancies.
· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
