Job Title: Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Operations & Strategy
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring the timely fulfillment of client or project requirements.
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. 2. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set hiring targets, and identify training needs to upskill the team.
- Ensure a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- 3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and establish clear delivery governance.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Manage escalations, expectations, and changes in project scope or hiring volumes.
- 4. Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on critical recruitment KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality of Hire).
- Use data-driven insights to forecast hiring needs and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing operations, with a proven track record of managing a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specific industry they are recruiting for (e.g., IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Volume Staffing).
- Leadership Skills: Strong aptitude for team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients
