Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Manage and respond to emails and official correspondence
- Coordinate and book flight tickets and travel arrangements
- Maintain and manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Act as a point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain files and records
