Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, nurturing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and develop and maintain corporate, travel agent, government, and institutional accounts.
- Revenue Generation: Generate room nights, banquet business, conferences, weddings, and MICE revenue and identify new business opportunities and market segments whileachieving monthly and annual revenue targets
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base. Also participate in trade fairs, networking events, and sales promotions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare compelling proposals, and close contracts efficiently.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, market competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to optimize sales tactics.
- Team Leadership: Conduct site inspections and familiarization trips for potential clients. Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquets, and Operations teams for smooth execution of business.
- Keeping with trends: Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5 years of B2B or B2C Hotel sales experience (experience level will dictate title alignment) in Hospitality field.
Work experience in (4★ / 5★) property with proven records of revenue generation, business expansion and market penetration.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Sales Strategy: Skilled in sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Negotiation & Pitching: Exceptional communication skills with a knack for pitching and closing deals with C-level executives.
Traits: High emotional intelligence, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
