Job Title: Content Creator Intern (On-Camera)
Stipend: Rs8,000 per month per intern

Job Summary:
We’re hiring Content Creator Interns who are comfortable on camera and passionate about creating engaging short-form and long-form content for our brand channels. This role is ideal for students interested in content, branding, and Advertising who want strong portfolio-building experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and script short video concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives (reels, shorts, vox-pop style content, etc.).
- Appear on camera as the host/face for selected videos, including explainers, interviews, and social media snippets.
- Coordinate with the marketing/brand team to plan and execute shoots, including locations, framing, and basic shot lists. Assist with basic video editing (cutting, trimming, captions, transitions)
- Repurpose raw content into multiple formats suitable for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Research trends, audio, hooks, and formats that perform well on social media and proactively share ideas.
- Track basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement) and suggest improvements based on results.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in design, fashion communication, communication design, media, business, or related fields.
- Strong on-camera presence: confident, clear communication, and expressive body language.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and what content works on each platform.
- Interest in storytelling, branding, and digital marketing; prior experience creating reels, vlogs, or personal content is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills on mobile or desktop are preferred (advanced editing is not mandatory).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet content deadlines.
