Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Build, validate, and maintain a high-quality email list using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and Snov.io to support outreach campaigns and ensure better response and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold emails, calls, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further conversion.
- Maintain and update lead data, activities, and progress in CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (email open rates, response rates, conversions).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, or outreach campaigns preferably in IT services or solutions based company.
- Experience with lead generation tools and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Apollo, Hunter.io, and Snov.io for prospecting & outreach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and office 365 for tracking lead data and performance.
- Able to handle CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of email campaign and CRM tools.
· Excellent English Speaking and Writing skills is mandatory.
