Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, corporate kitchens, institutions, and industrial canteens.
- Generate leads through site visits, customer meetings, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial kitchen equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams for technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, purchase orders, payments, and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and turnkey kitchen projects.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of commercial kitchen equipment, food service equipment, or hospitality-related products.
