Role: Customer Care Executive
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Shift: Fixed Day shift
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
Maintain professional communication with customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
Basic computer knowledge required
