Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end corporate secretarial compliances for assigned client entities
Assist in MCA filings, statutory forms, and maintenance of registers/records
Prepare and support drafting of board minutes, resolutions, and related documentation
Maintain compliance trackers and ensure adherence to deadlines
Coordinate with clients for data, documents, and routine queries
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of documentation
Work with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Follow internal SOPs, risk, and maker-checker processes
Support seniors in portfolio management and peak workload periods

Key Requirements

Knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and compliance laws (MCA, Companies Act, etc.)
Familiarity with statutory filings, registers, and documentation processes
Basic understanding of board processes, minutes, and resolutions drafting
Strong organizational and time management skills to track deadlines
Good communication skills for client coordination
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Understanding of SOPs, compliance frameworks, and risk processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and support workload peaks
