Role Overview
Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Team Manager – Holidays to oversee day-to-day sales and operations for FIT and GIT holiday packages. The role involves managing a team, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring smooth coordination of bookings and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and operations for FIT & GIT holiday packages
- Lead and support the team in handling enquiries, follow-ups, and bookings
- Review itineraries, quotations, and proposals prepared by team members
- Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings through structured follow-ups
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other vendors
- Ensure timely processing of bookings, documentation, and service delivery
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and special requirements
- Monitor team performance, enquiry flow, and booking status
- Maintain service standards and internal processes
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in holiday sales and operations (FIT & GIT)
- Experience in team handling or supervisory role
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage both team and individual responsibilities
- Graduate in any discipline
