We are building a fast-growing Kashmir-based travel company focused on hotel bookings, tour packages, guest house partnerships, and tourism operations across Srinagar and nearby destinations.
We are looking for a smart, active, and locally connected Travel Operations Manager who understands the Kashmir tourism market and can manage hotel/vendor relationships, customer bookings, and on-ground operations smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate hotel bookings, guest house stays, and tour packages
* Build relationships with local hotels, guest houses, drivers, and vendors
* Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings
* Manage daily travel operations and guest support
* Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and local partners for smooth execution
* Understand seasonal tourism trends and pricing
* Manage WhatsApp inquiries and customer follow-ups
* Support online travel booking operations and package planning
* Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
* Help grow local hotel and travel partner network
Requirements
* Must be based in Srinagar or nearby areas
* Good understanding of Kashmir tourism industry
* Experience in travel agency, hotel reservations, tourism operations, or hospitality preferred
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Knowledge of local hotels, guest houses, and tourism vendors is a big advantage
* Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge required
* Ability to manage customers and suppliers professionally
