Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant floor operations
- Greeting customers politely and guiding them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and explaining daily specials or promotions.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Train and guide service staff
- Handle guest complaints professionally
