Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Loan Finance Executive to promote and process various loan products, including Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers throughout the loan application process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approvals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure accurate customer data and documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on loan products, policies, and market trends.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, or Loan Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
