Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven Corporate Sales professional to drive B2B sales for our EdTech solutions. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our training programs, LMS, and skill development solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new corporate leads through cold calling, networking, and references
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, L&D heads, and decision-makers
Promote and sell corporate training programs, workshops, and EdTech solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
Understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B or corporate sales is mandatory
Good presentation and client-handling skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Basic knowledge of EdTech or training industry is an added advantage
Qualification:
Any Graduate or MBA preferred
Preferred Experience:
Experience in selling corporate training, LMS, LXP, or IT training solutions
Existing corporate network is a plus
Key Performance Indicators:
Monthly revenue targets
Number of new corporate clients acquired
Conversion rate from leads to deals
Client retention and repeat business
