Hiring: Chef de Partie (CDP)
Responsibilities:
– Manage a designated section of the kitchen efficiently
– Prepare and present dishes as per quality standards
– Prepare dishes across North Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisines
– Supervise and guide Commis chefs in daily operations
– Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen SOPs are followed
– Monitor inventory and coordinate with the Head Chef for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
– Must have hands-on experience in North Indian, South Indian, and Continental cuisines
– Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
– Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
– Passion for quality, consistency, and attention to detail
