- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process incoming sales orders into the CRM or ERP system.
- Inventory Tracking: Collaborate with the production and warehousing teams to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability before committing to delivery dates.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors to ensure timely delivery of manufactured goods to clients.
- Quotation Generation: Prepare and send out accurate price quotes, proposals, and contracts based on client requirements.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date sales databases, track KPIs, and generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Lead Tracking: Assign new sales leads to the appropriate territory managers or sales representatives.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
