About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across platforms, optimizing performance, and generating quality leads while achieving defined ROI and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Set up and monitor campaign budgets, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Continuously monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversion rate.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to develop performance-focused creatives.
- Track leads and conversions and ensure proper campaign measurement and reporting.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, and digital advertising trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
