- Inspect finished parts before packing and dispatch.
- Verify dimensions, appearance, surface finish, and functionality.
- Ensure products meet drawing specifications and customer standards.
- Perform inspection as per the approved sampling plan or AQL standard.
- Check critical, major, and minor characteristics.
- Record inspection results accurately.
- Maintain Final Inspection Reports (FIR).
- Fill QC check sheets and inspection records.
- Ensure traceability of inspected lots.
- Identify accepted and rejected materials clearly.
- Segregate non-conforming products to prevent accidental dispatch.
- Use proper status labels (OK, HOLD, REJECT).
