Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Sourcing: Actively research and identify new domestic and international vendors for CCTV raw materials (electronic components, PCBs, lenses, housings, etc.).
- Vendor Verification & Auditing: Conduct thorough evaluations of potential vendors regarding their manufacturing capacity, financial stability, and credibility.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with our technical and QA teams to ensure vendor samples meet our strict quality and engineering standards.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate competitive pricing, credit limits, and favorable Payment Terms to optimize procurement costs.
- Relationship Management: Onboard selected vendors and maintain long-term relationships to ensure a steady, uninterrupted supply of raw materials.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Vendor Development, Procurement, or Strategic Sourcing (Experience in Electronic Manufacturing / EMS / Hardware manufacturing is highly preferred).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, cost analysis, vendor assessment, and communication skills.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to understand component specifications and quality standards for electronic goods.
- Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) or a Graduate degree with relevant supply chain experience.
Pay: ₹9,875.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
