Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential high net worth individuals and business owners to promote and secure business loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and network with high net worth individuals and business owners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders.
- Follow up on leads and convert them
- Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Negotiate financial products terms and conditions to meet the needs of clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the financial solution process to the customer.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications in Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Proficient in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Prior experience in banking, insurance, or loan sales is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
