Job Title: Business Development Mangager – Facility Management Services

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Associate to drive business growth for our Facility Management Services division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, participating in tenders, acquiring clients, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, commercial, industrial, and government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Manpower Supply, Security Services, Technical Maintenance, and Support Services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, online portals, and field visits.
- Meet corporate clients, RWAs, hospitals, educational institutions, commercial complexes, industrial units, and government departments.
- Track and participate in tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and empanelment opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, costing sheets, and commercial bids.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate with operations teams for solution development.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Manpower Services, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security Services, or Staffing Industry.
- Understanding of manpower deployment, statutory compliance, and service contracts.
- Knowledge of GEM Portal, CPP Portal, e-Procurement Portals, and Government Tender Processes.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
