Job Summary
Assets Square is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the company's overall business development strategy.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, networking, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by achieving business targets and closing deals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes.
