We are a fast-growing travel startup in Thiruvananthapuram looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to handle Fixed Departure Tours, holiday packages, and premium travel experiences.
If you enjoy travel sales, customer interaction, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, this role is for you.
Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
Experience: 2–5+ Years
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
✔ Promote Domestic & International Fixed Departure Group Tours
✔ Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media & walk-ins
✔ Design itineraries and advise clients on destinations & travel requirements
✔ Convert leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring customer satisfaction
✔ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa teams & operations for smooth execution
✔ Build and maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients
✔Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and payment coordination.
✔ Stay updated with tourism trends, packages & market offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 2–5+ years in Travel Sales / Holiday Packages / Tour Operations
✔ Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations
✔ Experience in Fixed Departure Group Tours & customized packages
✔ Excellent communication, sales & customer relationship skills
✔ Strong ability to convert inquiries into bookings
✔ Knowledge of visa procedures & travel documentation
✔ Target-driven, self-motivated & startup-ready mindset
