We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our service team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, suspension work, etc.)
- Conduct engine, transmission, and electrical repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Maintain job cards and service records accurately
- Follow safety and company quality standards
- Recommend additional repairs/services when required
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant certification
- 1–4 years of experience in automobile service (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical)
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners and tools
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-focused approach
