Key Responsibilities
School Relationship & Business Development
● Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, school groups, educational
institutions, principals, trustees, and academic decision-makers across the West India
region.
● Identify opportunities for Robotics Labs, STEM Labs, AI Labs, Coding Programs,
Tinkering Labs, and Innovation Ecosystem solutions within schools.
● Conduct institutional meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and consultative
discussions with school leadership teams.
● Develop long-term engagement models with schools focused on experiential learning
and future-ready education.
● Maintain a healthy pipeline of institutional opportunities and ensure continuous
stakeholder engagement.
CSR Partnership Development
● Build strategic relationships with corporate CSR teams, CSR foundations, NGOs, and
implementation partners.
● Identify CSR opportunities aligned with STEM education, innovation labs, digital
learning, and skill development initiatives.
● Support development of proposals, presentations, concept notes, impact frameworks,
and partnership documentation for CSR projects.
● Coordinate with internal teams for project planning, implementation support, and
stakeholder communication.
● Drive institutional collaborations that create measurable educational and social impact.
Consultative Business Growth
● Understand institutional needs and recommend suitable educational solutions and
engagement models.
● Support regional growth objectives through relationship-led business development.
● Work closely with leadership and internal teams to strengthen market presence across
schools and CSR ecosystems.
● Track engagement progress, opportunity status, and partnership milestones through
regular reporting and follow-ups.
● Contribute toward regional business targets through strategic institutional relationship
management.
Stakeholder Coordination & Representation
● Represent the organization in school forums, education events, CSR discussions,
exhibitions, and networking platforms.
● Facilitate stakeholder visits, workshops, pilot demonstrations, and institutional
interactions.
● Coordinate internally with academic, operations, marketing, and leadership teams for
smooth execution of projects and partnerships.
● Ensure professional communication and relationship continuity with all stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
● Minimum 6–10 years of experience in:
○ School Business Development
○ CSR Partnerships
○ Institutional Sales
○ Education Partnerships
○ EdTech Business Development
○ Corporate Relations or Social Impact Programs
● Experience working with schools, educational institutions, CSR ecosystems, or learning
solutions organizations will be highly preferred.
● Prior exposure to consultative or relationship-led business development is desirable.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s Degree required/Master Degree preferred.
● Preferred specialization in:
○ Business Management

○ Social Sector / Development Studies
○ Public Relations
○ Marketing
○ CSR / Sustainability
○ Communication or related fields

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
