Job Summary
IIM SKILLS is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented professional for the position of Team Lead – Individual Contributor (IC Role). This role is focused on student counselling, admissions support, and revenue generation. The position does not involve team handling or people management responsibilities and is ideal for professionals who excel in driving individual performance and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and student inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective learners and guide them through the admission process.
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Ensure a seamless admission experience by addressing candidate queries promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and organizational developments.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresher and experienced (up to 1 year) can apply
- Delhi/NCR candidates will be preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
