About the Role
Lead and manage the merchant acquisition team, drive business growth, mentor Team
Leaders and Field Sales Executives, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Field Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
- Drive merchant acquisition and business targets.
- Conduct daily reviews and field coaching.
- Monitor CRM, reporting and productivity.
- Support key merchant closures and escalations.
- Coordinate with Installation, Operations and Backend teams.
- Recruit, train and mentor sales professionals.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Individual & Team KPIs
- Individual Target (During Probation): Assigned by Management.
- Team Target: Achieve monthly merchant onboarding goals and improve conversion
ratios.
Probation Performance Requirement
During the probation period, the Sales Manager will be required to achieve assigned
individual business targets alongside team management responsibilities. Confirmation
of employment shall be based on overall performance, leadership capability, business
contribution, target achievement, reporting compliance and adherence to company
policies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
