We are looking for an experienced distribution leader who can work closely with the Promoter and leadership team to build a scalable, high-performance, and professionally managed Samsung distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive topline growth and market expansion
- Build strong channel and retail relationships
- Lead sales, operations, supply chain, and commercial execution
- Build scalable systems and organizational processes
- Strengthen execution discipline and review mechanisms
- Develop second-line leadership and strong teams
- Ensure strong working capital and credit discipline
- Build a high-performance and people-centric culture
- Work closely with Samsung leadership and stakeholders
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in telecom, consumer electronics, distribution, or retail ecosystem
- Strong understanding of channel distribution and market execution
- Proven experience in scaling businesses and teams
- Entrepreneurial yet process-oriented
- Strong people leadership capability
- Comfortable working closely with promoters in a high-growth environment

Pay: ₹13,976.06 - ₹58,257.21 per month
