Telecaller / Customer Support Executive (CSR)
Location: Sachin, Surat
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers who have visited the company website but have not completed a purchase
- Understand customer concerns and provide proper guidance regarding products/services
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and messages
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order-related queries
- Maintain proper customer interaction records and follow-up updates
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer support handling
- Build positive customer relationships and improve conversion rates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry understanding
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Telecalling, customer support, or sales support experience will be an added advantage
