About the Role We are hiring a passionate Junior Video Editor to join our content and marketing team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role specifically open to freshers, self-taught creators, and entry-level editors (0 to 1 year of experience) who want to learn fast and build a career in video production. If you know the basics of editing and love social media content, we will train you on the rest.
Key Responsibilities * Video Assembly: Trim, cut, and arrange raw video footage into clean, structured videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Short-Form Content: Create fast-paced short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) utilizing trending audio, pacing, and hooks.
- Captions & Visuals: Add accurate kinetic subtitles, clear text animations, transition effects, and basic sound overlays.
- Collaboration: Receive feedback from the team and make necessary revisions to improve video engagement.
- Asset Management: Keep raw video files, audio tracks, and final exports organized systematically.

Qualifications * Experience: 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Core Tools: Basic knowledge of any video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (Desktop).
- Skills: A good understanding of timing, rhythm, audio syncing, and basic internet video trends.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, attentive to detail, and open to constructive feedback.
