Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call fresh and existing leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and campaigns.
- Understand the customer's financial situation and loan-related concerns.
- Explain Debt2NoDebt's loan settlement and debt management services professionally.
- Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the Senior Consultant.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical communication standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Telugu: 3 years (Preferred)
