We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-friendly Beauty & Cosmetic Store Associate for our Cosmetic & Beauty Shop. The role involves attending customers, understanding their beauty and skincare needs, suggesting suitable cosmetic products, and providing an excellent shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend and guide customers professionally
- Help customers choose suitable beauty, skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products
- Suggest better product alternatives based on customer requirements and budget
- Maintain good customer interaction and build customer trust
- Handle product display and shop presentation properly
- Support day-to-day beauty and cosmetic-related customer service activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organized product arrangement in the store
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Ladies Parlour, Beauty Salon, Cosmetic Store, or relevant beauty industry role is preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of skincare, makeup, haircare, and beauty products
- Polite, presentable, and energetic personality
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and customer service
