HR Recruiter Intern – Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
- Assist in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
- Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Collect and verify candidate documents required for hiring.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and hiring records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Support HR team members in day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and organizational information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Recruitment Team.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
