Analyst – Inventory & Accounting Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory lifecycle including purchasing, GRN, storage, sales, returns, and reverse logistics.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, stock audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory valuation using FIFO or Weighted Average methods.
- Ensure correct accounting of inventory, COGS, GRN accruals, and related transactions.
- Support month-end closing activities and prepare inventory schedules and MIS reports.
- Operate ERP and inventory systems such as Cin7, Tally, Zoho Inventory, NetSuite, SAP B1, or similar.
- Maintain product master data, pricing, BOMs, and system configurations.
- Validate system transactions and identify process or data inconsistencies.
- Manage order flows and reconciliations across Shopify, Amazon, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Reconcile sales, payouts, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and fulfillment providers.
- Develop SOPs, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements.
- Support automation initiatives, system enhancements, and implementation projects.
- Assist in requirement gathering, testing, issue tracking, and solution validation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize inventory and accounting processes.
Experience Required : Maximum 03 Years.
Qualifications: CMA Qualified in 2024 or 2025 only
Job Location: Vadodara Gujarat
Shift Time : 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Budget : 60,000 CTC only
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
