Job Summary: The Quality Executive is responsible for implementing and maintaining all Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) programs across the manufacturing process. This role ensures that all products meet established quality specifications, comply with statutory food safety regulations, and adhere to internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control (QC) Operations
· Conduct in-process checks and finished product analysis to ensure compliance with quality parameters (e.g., texture, color, taste, weight, PH, moisture content).
· Manage the online testing and release/rejection.
· Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instrument.
2. Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance
· Implement and enforce Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
· Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production areas, storage facilities, and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, FDA, ISO 22000).
· Lead efforts in preparing for external regulatory and customer audits.
· Manage the Traceability System and handle product retention samples.
3. Documentation and System Management
· Maintain and update all quality-related documentation, including SOPs, BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records), and COAs (Certificates of Analysis).
· Investigate customer complaints related to product quality or safety, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
4. Training and Safety
· Conduct training sessions for production staff on GMP, hygiene standards, allergen control, and new quality procedures.
· Collaborate with the Production team to monitor and improve sanitation practices and pest control programs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Microbiology is required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing dry fruit industry, snacks or bakery.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of Dry Fruits.
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and ISO 22000 or similar FSMS standards.
- Experience with auditing, complaint investigation, and CAPA implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) software is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
