Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong project planning, team coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery experience, with a focus on Agile project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to successful deployment and delivery.
- Coordinate project planning, design, development, testing, and production release activities.
- Gather and define project requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare project plans, effort estimations, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct team performance assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management.
- Overall 4+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience managing projects across multiple technology platforms.
- Strong exposure to E-commerce projects, CRM solutions, and Mobile Application Development.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools and documentation practices.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of project estimation techniques, resource planning, and risk management.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA or related field (Mandatory).
