Min 8+ years experience in Civil for Interior -Fitouts -MEPproject sites managing for major Metro cities
Job Responsibilities:- Implement effective site management strategies to optimise operations, improve efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of all installation and service sites.
- Plan all installation projects with the required sub-contractors based on specific project needs. Explore and implement innovative construction and installation methods
- Assign tasks to skilled team members based on their individual expertise, experience
- Conduct site visits and project meetings as per the requirement of each projects . Study flooring CAD files and project drawings carefully to conduct accurate cost estimations.
- Provide the sales team and clients with realistic, well-calculated budgets.
- Ensure that client billing and payment recovery for all locations is completed
- Monitor project financials across all Pan India locations. Travel Pan India as required to review flooring installations on site.
- Identify and onboard qualified sub-contractors through a thorough and rigorous evaluation
- Plan and place orders for flooring materials well in advance as per the specific requirements
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and proper documentation & Identify and resolve on-site design issues promptly to support the timely and quality delivery
- Identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies found in construction documents
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time as per the agreed schedule
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
