Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Relationship Managers to acquire new clients, generate revenue, and build long-term relationships with investors. The ideal candidate should have experience in Equity Markets, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and Wealth Management products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients through references, leads, digital marketing campaigns, and networking.
- Open and activate Demat & Trading accounts.
- Generate brokerage revenue through client engagement and trading activities.
- Advise clients on equity market products and investment opportunities.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, PMS, Insurance, and Wealth Management solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high client retention.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers.
- Conduct portfolio reviews and regular client meetings.
- Keep clients updated on market trends, research recommendations, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Equity, F&O, Commodities, and Currency Markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Client acquisition and revenue generation experience.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good understanding of trading platforms and investment products.
Eligibility
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 10 Years in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- NISM Certification preferred.
- Existing client database will be an added advantage.
