Mandatory Requirements
- International calling experience is mandatory
- Administrative experience is mandatory
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US Process / International BPO or KPO
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Comfortable working in a Windows environment and using VOIP systems
