Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Ad-hoc MIS reports.
- Build dynamic dashboards and automate reports using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance metrics, and business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and integrity across all reports.
- Generate executive-level reports for Management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, Planning, and other business functions to collect and validate data.
- Create professional presentations, business documents, and analytical reports.
- Improve reporting efficiency through process automation and AI-powered productivity tools.
- Maintain confidential business information with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in MIS Reporting, Business Reporting, or Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in reporting automation and business process improvement is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
