About Kisan Scaffolding
Kisan Scaffolding is a leading provider of shuttering and scaffolding materials on a rental basis for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We are expanding our presence in Chennai and are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites across Chennai to meet Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Builders.
- Generate leads for shuttering and scaffolding rental requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with construction companies and contractors.
- Conduct market research and identify upcoming projects.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for material availability and project requirements.
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking records.
- Represent Kisan Scaffolding professionally and promote company services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the construction, building materials, scaffolding, shuttering, or related industry.
- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby areas.
- Knowledge of construction projects and industry contacts will be preferred.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
