VSM Scholars is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Admission Counselors who are passionate about guiding students and contributing to the growth of the organization. We are seeking individuals who can effectively counsel prospective students, build strong relationships, and represent the organization both inside and outside the office.
Experience Required
- Minimum: 1 Year
- Maximum: 3 Years
- Candidates with prior experience as an Admission Counselor will be preferred.
- Applicants with a strong Sales or Business Development background are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Visit colleges, coaching institutes, libraries, schools, and other educational institutions to generate admissions and strengthen the organization's presence.
- Represent VSM Scholars at seminars, career guidance sessions, educational events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process and an excellent student experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission-related activities.
