Job Title: Operations Executive – Mutual Fund

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Mutual Funds team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of mutual fund operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships professionally. Candidates with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a presentable personality will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations and transaction processing.
- Coordinate with clients regarding investments, documentation, and service requests.
- Assist clients with mutual fund account opening, KYC, SIPs, redemptions, switches, and other operational queries.
- Ensure accurate processing of transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and monitor client mutual fund portfolios, ensuring accurate execution of transactions and timely updates.
- Maintain client records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund operations or a similar financial services role.
- Good knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and operational processes.
- Experience in client handling and relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with mutual fund platforms, AMCs, and RTA processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal skills.
NOTE: Candidates with operations experience in fields other than Mutual Funds are requested not to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Mutual Fund Operations experience and industry knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
