Job Responsibilities
The Relationship Manager (RM) holds responsibility of sourcing home loan through direct sourcing. They have to ensure target is delivered.
The key roles and responsibilities are:
l Acquisition of Affordable Home Loan and Small LAP customers through Connector channel along with direct sourcing.
l Strong Knowledge of local collateral - related legal frameworks and technical processes.
l Addressing any concerns, answering queries and providing clear guidance on the home loan application process.
l Provide onboarding assistance and ongoing support to the exisiting home loan customers.
l Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to home loan sales.

Education and Experience
l Any Graduation
l 1-4 years of experience in direct sales and strong local connector network.
Pay: ₹14,866.39 - ₹39,236.06 per month
