About the Role
We're looking for a highly analytical and ambitious Fund Analyst to support startup sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, and investment decision-making. As the first analyst in the fund, you'll work closely with experienced founder-investors and gain hands-on exposure to the entire venture investing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate early-stage startup opportunities

Conduct market, founder, and financial due diligence

Analyze key metrics including ARR, CAC, churn, burn, and unit economics

Build financial models, valuations, and cap table analyses

Prepare investment memos and risk assessments

Support deal execution, including term sheets, SAFEs, and SHAs

Leverage AI tools and automation to improve workflows
Requirements
-
0-2 years of experience in Finance, VC, PE, Investment Banking, Startups, or related fields

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills

Proficiency with AI tools and an automation-first mindset

High ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Preferred

Exposure to venture capital or startup ecosystems

Experience with financial modeling and valuations

Familiarity with n8n or other automation tools

Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations
