Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
- Perform keyword research aligned with client goals and search intent
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across landing pages and blogs
Technical SEO
- Conduct website audits to identify technical issues (crawl errors, indexing, site speed, mobile usability, schema, etc.)
- Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO fixes
- Monitor website health using tools like Google Search Console
Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies
- Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when required
- Manage local SEO activities including Google Business Profiles (if applicable)
Reporting & Analysis
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to improve strategy
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Ubersuggest
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
