ob Description – Site Engineer (Interior & Turnkey Projects)
Decent Enterprise is looking for a dynamic Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior and turnkey project execution. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients, and delivering projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Take site measurements and prepare progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines and resolve on-site issues.
- Verify quantities, bills, and BOQs.
- Ensure proper finishing and timely project handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, furniture, or turnkey project execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
